What you will do:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good maths and programming experience to join our highly skilled research team. As part of the team, you will be undertaking guided research to help us extend and improve the performance of our technology. You will be involved in the development of new algorithms and will be encouraged to contribute ideas as well as helping in their evaluation.  This role bridges the divide between research and the development team by coding up new ideas and algorithms for further development work by your colleagues in software.

What we need :

.The  essential requirements for this position are  

  • mathematical skills (shown either by your degree or your work experience) which demonstrate that you are comfortable with complex tensor calculus or Bayesian probabilistic models or optimisation theory.
  • knowledge of audio signal processing or speech processing
  • good deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Some programming experience and good Python and C++

This role could suit a very able recent graduate, but some relevant work experience is preferred.
