Dr Mohammad Dmour

Science Development Engineer

Mohammad has over a decade of experience in developing novel signal processing algorithms for audio, specialising in speech separation, speech enhancement, and array processing.

He worked for eight years at CEDAR Audio where he was a co-developer of the AudioTelligence algorithms, and he is a named inventor of the AudioTelligence patents. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan, an MSc (with distinction) and a PhD in Signal Processing from the University of Edinburgh for his research into novel mechanisms for audio source separation and enhancement in reverberant and noisy environments. He was presented with the class medal upon the culmination of his MSc and was awarded a Wolfson Microelectronics scholarship for the pursuit of his PhD.
